Teriyaki Rice Bowls

Rice bowls are one of my favorite go-to meals.  They are equally delicious and healthy and are incredibly easy to put together.

Ingredients:
chicken breasts or tenderloins {enough for your family}
rice {white or brown}
carrots
broccoli
cabbage
chow mein noodles
teriyaki sauce {we love mr. yoshida's from costco}
any other veggie you would like

Marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce for 3+ hours.  Grill chicken on barbeque or bake in oven, meanwhile cook rice and steam veggies.  Heat up some extra teriyaki sauce in the microwave to drizzle over your rice bowl.
