This is my new favorite
Ingredients:
Chicken grilled and diced, cooked with tabasco, red pepper flakes, and a little lemon
Sliced avocado
Mango salsa (homemade is better but if not any store bought will work)
Mozzarella or Parmesan lightly sprinkled over everything
Wheat tortilla
Then I throw in panini maker and its quick, easy, and healthy
